How we work

Business and Training needs Analysis

Our focus, no matter how large or small the business, is to gain a complete understanding of the culture of your business and to fully appreciate your corporate goals and strategies to ensure that all training or consultancy maps to and compliments the “bigger picture”.

We will begin by spending one day “getting to know” you and your team/ business.

Through a detailed questioning process or group brainstorming session with key stakeholders and, where appropriate, observation, we will build an understanding and from there identify potential areas for development or change.

This Business and Training Needs Analysis will result in a recommendation document.

Organisation/ Individual “Health Check” or assessment

Using interactive, web enabled assessment questionnaires we can evaluate specific areas for development. You will receive a detailed written report which we will discuss with you. Together, we will then agree the most appropriate approach regards development or strategies for change.

Proposed solution

Once we have a clear idea of your key needs, we will walk you through our proposed and personalised business solution. This solution may range from a 3 hour brainstorm meeting or workshop to a series of tailored programmes over a period of months which is then designed for your approval.

If the solution is training focused all delegates will receive pre-course material 4 weeks prior to the training. The objective of this is to focus absolutely on the needs of the individuals being trained and to alert the trainer as to any additional needs for the session. This also facilitates a more relevant and focused action plan which delegates are encouraged to pull together during the two-day session and put into practice on return to their office.

Evaluation

During the process of solution delivery we will collate feedback and evaluation aimed at providing you with information and recommendations for post session follow-up. In our opinion this is a vital part of the consultancy process since it promotes continuity of “best practice” long after our consultants have left you to carry on with the good work.

Likewise, delegates are encouraged to provide us with feedback and recommendations.
