Our interviewing courses are targeted at both people who are new to recruitment and those more experienced recruiters such as Human Resource Professionals. Techniques are explored for both building rapport with interviewees as well as assessing suitability.

Competency Based Recruitment

For the experienced interviewer, course objectives focus on helping organisations identify and recruit potential top performers and avoiding costly recruitment mistakes. Competencies will also play a part in developing key staff and help tackle retention issues.

Presentation Skills
